An artistic, brand-led approach to presenting nine distinct hotels as one cohesive story.

A collective brand narrative
Unlike a typical investment memorandum for a single property, this project encompassed nine distinct hotels, each with its own identity. The challenge was to create a cohesive document that allowed each hotel to shine individually while maintaining a unified brand story.
Working closely with the sales team, I translated the hotel group’s artistic flair and existing website into the document using illustrations, colours, and photography. The scale of the project and the likelihood of changing content meant flexibility was key.
I created a collaborative PowerPoint document that allowed the team to update minor details themselves, while preserving the design’s integrity.
Interactivity and ease of use were prioritized, ensuring the final product felt timeless, upscale, and aligned with the brand, despite being built in PowerPoint.

The resulting investment memorandum gave the sales team confidence to approach international investors, clearly communicating both the unique character of each hotel and the overall brand story. The interactive design allowed for seamless updates, while the artistic visual direction reflected the owner’s vision.
Accompanying emailer designs ensured the presentation extended beyond the document itself, maintaining consistent branding across communications.
